We have over 8 million users all over the world who have logged over 6 million catches in our app. We’re growing fast, both in our social network and in the company, which is why we’re looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to join our team. We hope that it’s you!

What we are fishing for:

  • Experimental - Keenness (if not already) for experimenting beyond LinkedIn to source for candidates
  • Tech Savvy - you have tips and tricks galore to optimize your sourcing (ok maybe not galore but you have some good automating shortcuts up your sleeves)
  • Employer Branding - this is your jam and you understand how it’s a big part of your recruitment approach
  • Great Candidate Experience - this is no brainer on how to deliver on every touchpoint the candidate comes across. Essentially, regardless if someone gets a job at Fishbrain they should still feel it was a positive experience
  • Proactive and a Clear Communicator - with excellent written and verbal skills in English (Swedish is not required but preferred)
  • Passion - you have a lot of enthusiasm for what you do and easily seen by candidates and your fellow colleagues.


  • Metrics - knowledge on how leverage metrics within recruitment and do some stellar reporting! (NPS scores and such)
  • Experience - preferable at least 3 years experience working as an in-house recruiter in a fast-paced, global environment or at an agency with high-level roles - Extra bonus points if you have worked with scaling companies.

What you will do

  • You will contribute towards improving our talent acquisition practices as a whole and play a leading role in identifying, finding, engaging and exciting candidates in an innovative way. ( I know a total breeze in the Stockholm market )
  • Own the talent pipeline from outreach to interview to closing with emphasis on candidate experience. Candidates should feel you are a trusted go to person.
  • You have good knowledge of tech roles and able to build relationships with engineer managers to drill down their exact needs.  Even though a lot of the recruitment will be focused on tech you are also comfortable occasionally recruiting outside of it as well.
  • Drive candidate pipeline and employer branding efforts, including meetups and networking events.
  • Able to herd cats. Ok not literally but you definitely understand getting people engaged and understanding the importance of recruitment in the company
  • Be a team player on our People and Culture team and helping deliver the best experience inside and out.
