We are looking for a Head of CRM to join the marketing team. To succeed in this role you are dedicated to make an impact on Fishbrain user behavior by setting and implementing the right strategy for automated communication. With several years of experience working in both an operational and strategic CRM role, you know what it takes to create long-lasting relationships with our users.

You’ll be setting a strategy and implementing automated and ad-hoc communication to make sure all users get the best experience on Fishbrain from Day 0 and stick around so that they grow with us. They should also be kept informed about the latest developments in our product throughout their whole user lifetime with Fishbrain.

This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden and reports to the Marketing Director.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement strategic automated lifecycle messaging through various channels such as email, in-app messaging and push.
  • Review existing lifecycle messaging flow with the intention to improve and increase their contribution to retention, product adoption, revenue per user and growth.
  • Liaise with the product teams to make sure you’re aligned with product roadmaps as well as tactical and strategic input.
  • Make sure that we are using our marketing automation tool to get maximum return on
  • investment and efficiency.
  • Management of one CRM Campaign Manager to begin, with plans to grow the team.

What we are fishing for:

  • +3 years experience in Marketing Automation/CRM preferably for a subscription based digital product.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools such as Braze.
  • High level of data literacy and understanding of the customer.
  • You are creative and data-driven, adept at delivering ideas, content, and metrics.
  • A self-starter who is able to take projects from strategy through execution with a high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English.
