An initial chat to get to know each other better.

</> Tech Screen

The tech screen will cover past experiences, areas of interest, and what role you're hoping to grow into in the future.

Followed by: 

A short technical exercise where you will work with the interviewers to solve a small coding problem.

The design interview will cover more role specific architecture to assess:

Fika with 2 other Fishbrainers to get to know each other better. (30 min)

Followed by:

Culture talk with Head of Employee Experience. A mutual talk to make sure that Fishbrain is not only a fit for today, but also for tomorrow. (30 min)
